Who puts this event on?
Plain Green Conference and Marketplace is hosted by the Sioux Falls Green Project, in partnership with the conference founders, South Dakota State University and Koch Hazard Architects. It is made possible by our sponsors and a small army of volunteers (they are Plain Awesome).
Who attends Plain Green?
Plain Green is a gathering place for sustainability game-changers in the Northern Plains. Many of our attendees are educators, students, design professionals (architects, engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, etc), developers and planners. We also attract a lot of people in green businesses, and those who want to operate their businesses in a more sustainable way.
Besides that, Plain Green is for you. Some people come for the keynotes, some for the local stories and projects, some for the networking, and some for the food and parties. However you do your green thing, you’re welcome here.
